These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations for the Robotic Arthroplasty Meeting (the “Congress”). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (if applicable). The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at their discretion.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Fees and Payment

All registration fees are listed on the official Congress website.

Payment must be made using the methods indicated on the website.

Any bank charges, currency exchange fees, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official Congress email address.

Refund conditions (if applicable), including deadlines and administrative fees, will be specified on the registration page.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Congress due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, liability is limited to the refund of registration fees paid.

5. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify the scientific program, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
